EA Sports honours Ovi with a cover on NHL 21



However it's not the first time Ovi is on cover. First time he was on cover of NHL 07.

Outch! Wow! Why?

Those on the cover tend to be jinxed.

NBA 2k is phenomenal.

But 2K's NHL games sucked. So hopefully they would learn from past experience.

They were far better from 2K3 to 2K5. Until 2K7even, but some problems began rising on 2K8 with funding being cut and Visual Concept concentrating more on the NBA series.

Not once, if I am not mistaken. Which is strange. Crosby is Canadian, EA Sports is Canadian company. But some Russian got his cover twice ahead of him.

Didnt crosby refuse because he is superstitious?

I did not investigate it for all covers, yes. Mostly the NA ones.
