It's Dzear-kals. Latvian doesn't have stupid silent letters like English, it's very phonetic. Just listen to some Latvian highlights, or even the Q - most of them get it right.

Saw the phonetic conversation. As a Latvian, i would say it something like ''Dsearkals'' but it is very difficult to figure out a way how to pronounce it in English
