Breakaway is a .25 xg, goaltender has to save them much more often than not.

Great. Top 4D also don't typically leave guys wide open back door on an even man scenario and don't give up breakaways on plays where they have the puck under minimal pressure.

Point is Skinner has consistently been good this year, and one bad game is whatever. The D suck almost every single game. The Oilers D is f***ing bad, bottom 10 in the league and I might be being generous. Every stat suggests it. The eye test suggests it. Time for you to accept it.

In my limited viewing Dostal would not succeed with our team. He looks incredibly high on big saves and depressed on goals. Which is a recipe for a depressed shitty goalie because he’d be behind our D
