What are the good VPN services? I use Nord and it only connects to Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.

I think that could be typical of most mainline providers. I use Hotspot Shield and it’s those same 3 cities plus a generic “Canada” location, not sure where that server is located. It’s been a good service.
