They only have regional rights for all Flames games. Some go national, don't know how that entirely works, but for whatever reason they can only broadcast certain ones nationally.

Well that's stupid. I don't understand regional rights if there's no other options, it just lowers viewership across the board and encourages watching streams. Blackouts are very outdated imo.
