Draft order question

I was wondering how the draftorder for the playoff teams come out. The example I´m thinking of is PHI 1st round pick, that belong to the Oilers. PHI finished 3rd in the East. But several teams have more points than Philly. Will that pick be the 26th overall or the 23rd or something? (Unless they win the Cup and gets the 30th pick.)

it'll be 23rd unless they win the cup...draft order goes by points, not by playoff seeding (ie division winner finishes 1-2-3)
