Capitals were straight up trash tonight, but god damn, the Pens played amazing. I really hope Dumoulin is okay though, I'm not sure the Pens can do anything in the playoffs with Daley-Lovejoy as the 2nd pair.

This team can go toe to toe with anyone in the East over 7 games. Without Malkin.

With Malkin? I'd say our odds are even better.

What a game.

IC said he was gonna wait til after this weekend to assess what this team really is.

Typical...Caps getting owned so they resort to trying to take out the team by injuring them. Loser team, hope Ovy goes his whole career not getting a cup.

I was hoping we'd get 2 points this weekend.. Thrilled if we beat the Flyers in regulation.. Never thought we'd get two regulation wins. great job Pens!

Pens made them look like trash just like we made Flyers look like trash.

+ The win
++ They way they won
- Dumo's hurt
------ The vision of the linesmen
----------- The active whistles of the refs

Losing a top-four d-man this late in the season is a terrible thing to have happen to a very-hot hockey club. That said, the Pens have eight NHL-level defensemen, and one is about to get some reps.

6-2. Just like one of the many wonderful Game Sevens in Caps history.

I bet the pressure of a top seed will push them all the way.
