Does Pavel Patera have the most interesting trophy case in hockey?

Pavel Patera retired today after 24 pro seasons.

To his credit:
  • World Championship (1996)
  • Olympic Gold (1998)
  • Czech Championship (1999)
  • World Championship (1999)
  • World Championship (2000)
  • World Championship (2001)
  • Russian Championship (2004)
  • Swedish Championship (2006)

At the very least, has anyone else experienced such a diverse level of success?

Wendell Young has a Stanley Cup, Calder Cup, Turner Cup, and Memorial Cup

I think there should be a few Czech players from the mid to late 90's with similar success, Vyborny has 5 WHC golds for example. The Czech's had some great teams in the late 90's (winning three WHC golds in a row).

OT:

Patera, together with Prochazka formed a extremely popular Czech duo in AIK in the mid 90's (or were they a trio?). Patera, Patera, Patera!

EDIT: Vejvoda! I knew I forgot one. Here they are in action for Kladno:

I'm trying to think of another player who has won the top level club championship in three countries, and have failed so far. I think this must be a a pretty rare feat.

Plenty of players have had more international success, but his club résumé is pretty remarkable.

I give up, I can't find anyone else who has won the championship in three top level leagues.

The closest I could find was Hasek winning in both Czechoslovakia, Czech Republic and the NHL, but I don't think that counts.

Mats Näslund was close but his swiss team lost in the finals. I believe Kenta Nilsson won SHL, WHA and NHL with his teams.

Edit: Kenta also won an italian championship

Mario Lemieux's trophy case is the most impressive that I've seen...

At a glance, I see two Stanley Cups, two Conn Smythes, three Hart Trophies, 120lbs worth of a Canada Cup and his Calder Trophy among many others.

Czech Republic
Jaroslav Bednář
2004 - Russian SuperLeague
2008 - Czech Extraliga
2011 - Swiss NLA

Jaroslav Kristek

2009 - Czech Extraliga
2011 - Slovakian Extraliga
2013 - Belarussian League

Honorable mention Miroslav Hlinka - Finals in 4 different countries
1992 - Czechoslovakian League with Slovakian team
2000 - Slovakian League (only 20 matches during regular season though)
2004 - Czech Extraliga
2000 - 2nd at SM-Liiga, 2002 2nd at Swedish League

Spent couple minutes on EliteProspects randomly clicking on players, I think there should be couple European players winning 3 different titles.

Ok, this extremely intriguing :D
Presenting the most obscure triple champion so far
Vladmír Machulda
2002 - SM-liiga
2005 - Norwegian league
2007 - Danish league

Who is beaten by... a Canadian goalie Phil Groeneveld
2001 - French League
2003 - Dutch League
2008 - Italian League

and we have a winner (probably)!
Mike Pellegrims - winner of 4 different national leagues
1991 - Dutch League
1996 - French League
1997 - German League
2009 - Austrian League
