Do you think the NBA should incorporate the hockey assist?

Pretty direct question should the NBA track the second assist like the NHL does?
I would be ok with this if it is a key pass that led to the bucket..

I also feel the second assist in hockey should have more input from the scorer and not just a touch of the puck. If you got an assist for the quality of your screen or some other key play, it would add more depth to the stat.

As long as they don’t credit a missed shot that was rebounded and put back by a teammate into the basket as an assist like they do in hockey. It’s one of the few things I hate in hockey.

No, but I think that in soccer (football in my country) it would be fine and justice to many passing players and playmakers.
