Do ticket holders get anything when they donate to military night?

I believe you get a donation receipt for tax purposes if you donate them to a charity. For military personnel night, I would think not? That would be more of a personal choice ie "I want to thank the troops for their service"

I feel like though the fans giving it up should get more recognition compared to the recognition the Jets get from it though?

I mean, I honestly thought the Jets donated the tickets until I read the comment. Now I wanna recognize the Jets and the 500 names of people who did it.

I got $4 from the tax receipt last year, but people, who otherwise wouldn't or couldn't have, got to take in a game. Perhaps my human half was coming out that night.
