Not a WR1. Didn’t he have some drop issues?

He was a 3rd round pick so minimal money made over his first 3 years. So getting some guaranteed money is important especially with how well Pitt has done finding WR in the draft. They can afford to let guys walk.

He seemed to solve the drops issue, he was pretty good in 2019, awful in 2020, and good in 2021

And it shouldn't be an issue going forward if Trubisky starts, since you can't drop a ball 6 ft over your head
