No he'll be back in June-July. The recovery for pitchers is a lot longer, understandably.

Just sign Daniel Murphy and move Torres to SS. Now that the tax doesn’t matter they can overpay a bat like that on a short term deal.

Christian Vazquez missed an entire season with it. He's a catcher so I'm not sure how that would compare to a SS.

Murphy is awful on defense.

And yeah, TJ for position players is probably around 6-8 months.
