Coburn for Gudas and a first rounder which was the main piece in a trade where we traded up to pick Konecny. From the perspective of the present moment, does this look like robbery?

Yes. Tampa would take back Gudas straight up for Coburn in a heartbeat. They've already soured on him.

Absolutely,

And just to clarify: We traded Coburn for Gudas, a 1st AND a 3rd.

Even more thorough spanking.

You should read the Gudas trade thread again. It's comedy gold.

Great deal. It wont look as great as Gudas gets older though.

Because Cobourn will improve with age?

Because Tampa will retroactively win one or two Cups with him?

I don't see how this deal gets worse for us unless Gudas accidentally takes out one of our good players.

Didn't you that as Gudas gets older Coburn will actually become more youthful?

He's aging backwards.

Braydon Button? Benjamin Coburn?

It also makes even less when you consider that as Gudas gets older, so will Konecny who is several years away from even starting his prime.
