I didn’t see the 4th goal but goals 1/2/5 definitely on Cory. I don’t care if a guy is alone in the slot. Your the #1 goalie on the team you gotta step up and make a save. I have said it for years he is absolute garbage I hate that trade then and it set the franchise back bigly

Now on one of those backdoor goals, Cory allows a rebound on what's a pretty easy shot. It ends up back out there and is moved around by the Jets and put in for a backdoor goal. Just breaking down more of his game here. It's not a stoppable goal going in, but just analyzing his play and why the numbers are as poor as they are, I see even more things i don't like.

Keith will be done after another two-three games of this **** too...you guys just don't get it, sure Cory sucks and has sucked for two years but right now it just flat out doesn't matter who's in net cause this team isn't even trying and is awful defensively. Or do we need another couple more games of Keith getting plastered like Ottawa and Toronto before we see it doesn't actually matter who's in net?

Then what do you suggest we do? Just not play ANY goaltender?

We can't keep throwing Cory in there to keep getting blasted.

At least put Kinky in there who can make a GODDAMN SAVE here and there!!

I do agree with the idea that if you’re a 6M goalie you’ve gotta steal some games, even if Fraggle Rock is out in front of you.

But this is a horrid level of play top to bottom.

Just kick him overseas like the Hawks did with Huet. Then again we'd probably be out five draft picks with the draconian NHL.

Sure, but we aren’t really in a steal game situation. You can’t steal a game when your team is playing like this.

If we couldn’t score but still played with some structure then yeah. Goalie needs to steal a game.
