they chip through the neutral zone and we just back off, and then they play catch in our zone, while we take a PK-ish formation

when we go in, we futz around in the neutral zone (which is actually what binghamton fixed, and they suddenly got better...), and then f*** ourselves in their zone

I don't think I've told this story yet but forgive me if I have. A few months ago I couldn't make heads or tails of the obviously-sarcastic "hamburglar 2.0" posts. I had to spend a decent chunk of time searching the term and digging up old posts to figure out it was this obscure ass goalie that had half a good season for Ottawa five years ago. Still don't quite understand it's staying power, but I guess I'm in on the joke now.

Re Nico - On the 2d power play thought the puck was bouncing on him a lot, super bad ice around that left faceoff dot.

Interesting unit on the first power play when Goose somehow got out there with Nico, Hughes, Zajac, and Sevs and we had about half a dozen looks.
