Basically this. The pens are a very hard working team. They don't lose many battles for pucks and we have really struggled there.

I don't think having a week off between every game is helping this situation.

Marino has been developing into the McAvoy modality or style of a defenseman for the Pens. Their top pair of he and Dumoulin have been carrying the Pens. We need to deal with them. Make Marino give up the puck and stop him early when he starts to wind up for a rush.

Pens is such a well coached team that I don't expect nothing less than total domination by them. Gonna need a huge perfomance by whoever is on net plus some puck luck. Crosby returning isn't great for us either

That could actually be a hard adjustment. The bigger problem is that their last game was a home loss to Calgary. We won’t catch them complacent or flat tonight.

We have played them pretty well in recent years all the same. Because they tend to get into a skating game with us instead of bringing high pressure. That’s the kind of club we match up well with.
