I'm never psyched or happy to see Gillies in net, but I'm a little bit relieved to see him starting today and that we're not tossing Daws back out there.

I was a little bit skeptical that he wouldn't start Daws today.

Gives up even lousier goals and even more frequently than Gillies, yet somehow has a save percentage not only above .880% but above .900%.

Him and Raanta are both massive failures on the eye test, but somehow enough pucks seems to hit them for them to be over .900% and WAY over .900% for Auntie Rhonda.

Yeah he's hit a hot streak recently and I didn't realize it until I just went and looked. He's got an .917 over the last 2 months. He had a .895 before that. There's been 60 goalies that have played 15 games and GSAx/60 wise Gilles is 59th at -1.028. Koskinen is 36th at -0.164
