Leaving Bratt unprotected is so f***ing laughable that I question if you are even a fan of this team.

He is a very good young player. This need to bury all our young players is absurd.

After reading some of the posters posts here, I am also questioning if they are fans of this team as well.

Not likely to happen but wouldn't be the end of the world. Bratt's skillset suggests he should be a scorer. He is not consistent enough to be in that role on a winning team. And clearly he is not suited to play a two-way, structured game. Something players like Johnsson and many of the first and second year guys can do.

Johnsson has 8 points in 35 games, McLeod 8 in 31. Bratt has 18 in 29 games. Comparing goal totals aren’t the only metric for offense and that’s the only way you could possibly compare McLeod favorably to Bratt.

He’s a good 2nd line forward that can compliment the right players but some, including Glenwo2, will lead you to believe that he’s a top line player that we can’t lose or else it would ruin this franchise for decades.

If you want proof that someone is a top line player on this team, you don't have it for anyone.

Outside of Smith and Blackwood, I think you could nitpick every single guy on the roster to death. The reality is that it's a young team and if you're Fitz, you're still finding out what you have from Nico on down.
