I think Yegor and Bratt are cementing themselves as the 5th and 6th most important Devils in some order after Hughes/Hischier/Smith/Blackwood this final stretch of the season. I have both comfortably ahead of Zacha at this point, and Severson it comes down to timeline. As I said in GDT Yegor should get every chance to play with Hughes next season, and if he can't handle it or gets overtaken then he's good enough to be effective on any line it appears so it's fine.

What a find.

I liked what I saw from Bahl tonight...skating is pretty decent and can handle the puck a bit, make some nice passes. Small sample..but reports were he wasn't looking good in bing? Whats up with that.

It's hard to know how much to take anything from the AHL seriously this year when we're only playing six teams in more or less glorified scrimmages.

Bahl has the type of skillset that probably is never going to stand out majorly in the AHL so it makes sense that he may not have looked the greatest in Bingo
I think a big thing that happens sometimes is a player like Bahl might try to do too much in the AHL. He thinks he needs to standout and look good so he can get called up and that leads to him making mistakes. I feel like that might’ve been the case with Bahl. Now he’s in the NHL and he’s just keeping it a lot simpler, doing the basic things and using his strengths.

I don’t agree that Yegor is comfortably ahead of Zacha. Zacha is a better player to me and I think he will be better in the future for us as a winger.

Really liked the way Bahl played. He made some surprisingly nice and calm passes and even provided some offense here and there. But I think the real test for him will come in the next 4 games when he will face much tougher competition. The Flyers played like their season is over. Which it is.

Hello Everyone!

If anyone is wondering where in the hell I've been, I was over my brother's house for Greek Easter so I didn't get to see the game Live (I did record it and watched it later).

And man...how many more times can I say that Yegor is MONEY?

And Bratt was great, too, but you wouldn't know it if you only read Kiekko's whining about Bratt's unfortunate penalty in the GDT.

When Bratt plays well the rest of the time, NOT A PEEP out of that guy. It's quite pathetic.

Anyway, Cangy jinxed Big Mac with his usual "Now there's only one thing to take care of". damn it, Cangy.

Glad to see Nico score tonight and on a Shortie, too! :)

Am I the only one who noticed Smith struggling immensely in his own zone after coming back from injury? Really rough stretch for him.

Other than that, lots of positives in the series vs. PHI.
