Helm is a much better player than Jurco at this point. I think it would be foolish to put Helm on the fourth line because you probably aren't going to see it very much.

I don't really look at the top nine as lines 1, 2 and 3... to me they are simply all scoring lines that will get their IT based on performance. So Larkin being there I have no problem with because he can create tons of offense on his own.

Helm > Jurco. Helm deserves top 9 minutes right now, Jurco does not. I'd rather play our best guys more than our worst.

I mean until last game, Helm didn't do anything to warrant playing on a scoring line. Furthermore, Helm's game is more acclimated for a defensive shut down line, so it's more practical. While Jurco is a naturally more talented player who has proven in the past to be capable of producing at the NHL level while helping puck possession numbers. Which is more practical putting a grinding 4th line player on a scoring line or a struggling 21/22 year old who has hands on a scoring line in the midst of injuries? Seems pretty obvious to me.
