Couple things....

Svechnikov is a strong skater with very good speed and acceleration.

His acceleration is not good. Wings have said many times that improving his first few steps is one of the most important things for Svechnikov.

quote from Holland--
"He's got skill, he competes hard," Holland said. "I think he's a good down-low player in the offensive zone. Probably the one area (he needs improvement) to play in the National Hockey League is to get a little quicker, the first couple of steps. Anxious to hear how he plays in this tournament."

Skating
Ouellet is a great skater and it is this mobility that helps his game at both ends.

Yeah, this is just false. Actually, his biggest weakness.

All of their reports are like this. You could pretty much just substitute names between prospect reports and not notice a difference. Very little criticism of any players and tossing out words like 'excellent' far to often.
