Kindl back on 2nd power play unit in place of DeKeyser. He joins Sheahan, Jurco, Weiss and Helm (net front).

#RedWings Zetterberg (head) doubtful vs. Ducks, Pulkinnen (leg) taking warmup to see how he feels, Quincey (lower body) out, per Ken Holland

Let's try not to give up six goals tonight, boys.

Thanks for doing these TSL. Definitely not trying to post GDT's from the beach.

Bottom six looks so much worse when we have to bump up Sheahan. Get well soon, Z.

Might be worth letting Helm center line three in his absence. Glendening isn't going to anchor a scoring line and if Pulkkinen plays we have wingers who should be scoring on the third line.

U.P.
Tough stretch of games coming with Ducks, Kings, Sharks, Preds, and the Rangers.
Hope we get Z and Pulkkinen back soon.

I don't know why they couldn't have called up a forward prospect. So much bleh in the bottom 6. Hardly any skill.

Look for Nyquist and Tatar to have a big game, I'm thinking a 3-2 hard fought loss, although it could go either way.

The Ducks are missing Vatanen and Beleskey.

Saturday I had the Dallas feed on center ice and one of the announcers said Pulks doesn't look like he has the skating ability to play in the NHL. Don't know where that came from considering I would imagine the first time they saw him.

LGRW and please keep Perry scoreless. He is my least favorite player in the league

First game ended with the blatant hook leading to a goal.
it is rather amazing how one injury can turn a team into a 2 line team. Oh yeah Franzen is also MIA. I see no reason to neuter our lines with cleary and handcuff weiss with cleary.

if Zetterberg and Pulkinnen are out it would make way more sense to put one of Jurco or Weiss with Tatar and Datsyuk and move Helm down to 3rd line Center

put whichever of Jurco/Weiss isn't on the Datsyuk line on the 3rd with Helm and Miller and Glendening together on the 4th

then Andersson/Cleary as fill-ins for the 3rd spot on those lines

2/3 of "the snail line", with Babs whipping boy flanking them lol.

They'll probably score 2x after I write this.

...henceforth known as the Kindl effect...

Hope Datsyuk doesn't have to beat up Perry again, since I won't be able to make it to this game.
