Add Lindstrom, assuming he's eligible for the polling.

I don't recall, what is the criteria for this list?

2 horse race, went Veleno but wont be surprised if any of Berggren, Veleno or Johansson end up more valubale than the others

Almost had him at 5 so I'm giving it to Swoleno. I think he has the drive to lock down a middle six C role within the next year or two. Johansson is very close here though.

Add Chase Pearson.

Johansson again.
But I imagine the NSFW picture of Veleno floating around is going to make him impossible to beat this round

I can't see voting for a center whose ceiling is maybe third line. I like Veleno's work ethic, but he lacks the talent to finish. You can't train skill. Johansson still has potential for a puck moving second pair defenseman.

Johansson again

Veleno strikes me as a very low variance prospect at this point, I think he's basically locked in as a 3rd line Center and he won't be worse than that but also won't be better and the variance is basically just how good of a 3rd line Center he ends up being(maybe he's a lower end one and ends up bouncing around from team to team, maybe he's one of the better ones in the league and ends up filling in above the 3rd line from time to time)

Johansson has a lot more variance than that and I think could still realistically be anything from a high end 2nd pairing guy to not sticking in the league at all

I went with Veleno. I think he's a 3C level guy going forward, a good one, but a 3C or a wing who can move up and down the lineup. I think Albert has a higher ceiling but I'm not sold on his ever making it.

Add Sebrango.

Joey V for me. I think he still has a chance to be a 2C. If people are saying he is what he is at this point then so is Zadina. Both have showed good improvement so I’m not sold that his ceiling is locked quite yet

JV was muh dawg even before everyone started ooing and awwing over his new physique. I think the dude is going to bring a lot of skills to the team when he peaks.

I like Veleno a lot but I went with Johansson. I like his chances of being a second pairing defenseman better than Veleno's of being a 2C. Both are solid prospects that I feel comfortable projecting as at least depth pieces. Hopefully one of the two can become a core contributor.

Joey.

At this point, I'm voting based on floor and not ceiling. Joey will be an NHL player, the question is where he slots into the lineup. There's a higher probability of flopping with all of the other prospects including Johansson. He's not a lock.

Add Sebrango. He may not have a lot of upside but I think the probability of him making the league is pretty high, even if he winds up third pair.
