He doesn’t do anything great. That’s his issue. He’s not atrocious or anything, but none of his skill set is above average. Most guys do something really well.

Usually those are the type of players who only get better with the experience of playing a lot, and it starts happening around 26-27. He just doesn’t play a ton though…
