David Perron Appreciation Thread.

I liked Perron when he was a Blue and I was extremely happy when he became an Oiler. He was great as an Oiler but, this year he was dragged down into the **** that has enveloped the entire team. In Pittsburgh he will flourish and play at the 30 goal, 60 point pace he is capable of.

We gave away a good player for nothing because the Oil **** storm took him down.

Perron takes all of 9mins in his first game with the Pens to score a big goal. Of course assisted by Crosby.

Going to make the Oilers look completely silly in no time. oh wait...

he went from a player I did not particularly like to one of my favorites on the Oilers.

It's too bad this team brings every down and makes them feel like garbage, he would've been a nice piece to keep around.

I used to like our wing depth, with this one single trade I'm not sure I do anymore.

He was one of the few players willing to call out the team for its garbage. Now, he's realized that nothing is changing and finally gets a chance to win.

I hope he does well with the Penguins.
