Where does a Pittsburgh style team fit into this

They were pretty close to the trio in style.

Letang was a legit franchise 1D and Dumoulin a really good #2

More often than not the best playoff teams know how to play defense, it’s hard to outscore defensive collapses

1 of their Cup runs Letang wasnt superstar Letang yet and another run Letang didnt even play. Pittsburgh was absolutely closer to Edmonton than Chicago in terms of how the team was built. They were good at getting their D to by in and be a wall while relying on their superstars to carry them offensively. Edmonton hasnt figured that out quite as well yet though Ekholm has made it a lot better.

True.

Still Colorado another example by dominating from the blueline.
