Now, of course, "intuition" is built up of data - it's just done in such a way that our brain doesn't have to (or feel the need to) explain it to us.

I've always thought of that data and intuition need to go hand in hand.

Our intuition directs us to explore questions and theories.

Data proves us correct or wrong. In the process, we gain new intuitions from the process of gathering, verifying, and analysing data.

More questions are asked.

The cycle then repeats itself.
