Maybe I shouldn't have been, but I was surprised that the twins are the first brothers in history to score 1,000 points. Going to be a LONG time that happens again, if ever. Yeah, they're freakish twins to the nth degree. But it's impressive how consistent, healthy and dominant (in years past) they have been over their careers.

Unless something really crazy occurs, too bad they won't have their names engraved on the Cup. I was rooting and hoping they, along with Luongo, would have sealed the deal in 2011 against Boston. While many Leaf fans despise the Canucks, this one here has always had Vancouver as his second favourite stretching back to the Linden/Bure/McLean era.
