Dan Bylsma Named Assistant Coach for Charlotte (via Seattle)

While Seattle waits for Palm Springs next year, they have a partnership with the Panthers to share Charlotte this year.

Bylsma will join the Checkers as assistant coach this year. So it's logical to think that he will be Palm Springs' first head coach once they get going next season.

It's all a part of the expansion process - throw a bunch of pasta at the wall and see what sticks.

(At least I think that's how you cook it)

Most of Francis' work will come once the season starts and the adjustments have to be made.
