A greatly improved team that could be a top team in the East.

Boston has the edge on their 1st line and in net, but everywhere else we feel like we are a better, more complete team.

Vote :isles

Good luck to Boston GM.

A great offense with skill on every line and tremendous depth, a solid D that can get the job done defensively and chip in some points and a great goaltending duo highlighted by the sensational Mike Smith.

Just because Dong has the better team doesn't mean he should win, let's look at the bigger picture here. Phoenix needs a cup to win over their fans in Arizona.

Future team.

In Calgary, we wanted to build a though franchise. We want a tough team to play against, a teams that gives always 110%, that hits everything that moves, will fights, plays a great puck possession game and a very solid defensive game, a team that plays an "in your face type of game". It will be a very tough game for other teams when they play Calgary, players will know months before the game when the game versus Calgary are. When you'll think about a tough physicla team, it will be the Flames. If you do something wrong versus Calgary, you'll have to fight.

Here's a preview to the future rosters, once the prospects/young players arew fully developed:

Johnny Gaudreau - Sean Monahan (C) - Tom Wilson (A)
Jake Virtanen - Sean Couturier - Alex Chiasson
Carter Ashton - Anders Lee - Emile Poirier
Michael Ferland - Bill Arnold - Lane MacDermid (A)
Lance Bouma/Brandon Bollig, Joe Colborne

Stuart Percy (A/away) - Madison Bowey
Jake Gardiner - Dylan McIlrath (A/home)
Thomas Hickey - Keegan Kanzig
Mark Fraser

Jon Gillies
Karri Ramo

1st line: Gaudreau and Monahan will be an awesome offensive duo. Wilson will compliment the line perfectly, a big body that will make a lot of space for them, will crash the net, will win corner battle, will defend them, solid defensive presence and has the skill set to complete their plays.

2nd line: The shutdown line, will be a force of an all-around line. All big bodies that can produce a lot of offense, while being a great defensive line. Will play versus other teams top line while putting some solid offensive numbers.

3rd line: A dominant line along the wall. All big strong forward who are very solid in one on one battle, puck protection and cycling game. They'll play a lot on the offensive zone, they also all have some skills, will bring solid offensem while being very solid defensively as well. Also a very physical line who hits, fight and bring energy.

4th line: A very defensively responsible 4th line who can contribute in a lot of ways. Good in their own end, can chip in offensively, and play very physical, hits, fight and bring energy. It's also important for us too have a tough heavywieght in our lineup that can go with anyone in the league.

Extra forward: A solid physical agitating forward who plays very solid defensively and on the PK, chip in offensively, hits, agitate, fights. Another fighter who can play the game as well and a giant skilled versatile forward who can be placed anywhere in the lineup.

1st pairing: This pairing is the shutdown pairing. Will face other teams top line every nights, a very intelligent high IQ LHD with an high IQ great skating RHD.

2nd pairing: Very solid pairing, a very skilled LHD with game breaking abilities and a very nasty, tough, physical, responsible defensively RHD.

3rd paring: A solid smooth skating PMD defenseman that plays with grit and a giant, very tough physical defensive defenseman.

Extra defenseman: A warrior, very tough defenseman who's a great leader and locker room presence.

Goalies: Two solid goalies who well, needs to stop the pucks.

Others players/prospects who'll compete for spots:

Morgan Klimchuk - Max Reinhart - Andres Johnson
Anthony Duclair - Mark Jankowski - Maxim Shalunov
Blake Pietila - Kevin Hayes - Juuso Puustinen
Ben Hanowski - Joakim Nordstrom - Tim Harrison
Riley Boychuk - Sam Carrick -
Kenny Agostino (Brett Gallant? Trade wasn't confirmed) - Josh Jooris -
Coda Gordon -
Turner Elson -

Tyler Wotherspoon -
Patrick Sieloff -
Brett Kulak -
John Ramage -
Rushan Rafikov -
Ryan Culkin -
Mark Cundari -
Chad Billins -
John Gilmour -

Reto Berra
Joni Ortio
Olivier Roy

Frolik plays on the Jets top line and is doing very good.
but Frolik in the 2nd line is more important than Daley on the top pairing and Schenn on the 2nd pairing.
