Are Burke, Bunting, Gross, Mayo, and Russo all considered too old to be prospects any longer?

Russo certainly is. Bunting is right on the cusp of transitioning to "journeyman." Mayo and Gross might still count as older prospects. Burke is definitely still "prospect" age but I don't know how high on the depth chart he is.

This is one reason why I didn't just give Prosvetov 6, I think there's a significant "NO GOALIES" contingent.

Goalies take a long time but you can still tell when they are ahead of the curve, which is why Prosvetov was quickly signed.

I’m sure Rapid City is licking their chops. Haha.

I think they are all too good for the ECHL.

I always thought that one of Russo or Gross was going to be a 3rd pairing/7th RHD. I am also not unconvinced that Bunting has a shot, although that window is closing.
