Given that it was only several weeks ago that the Tempe proposition did not pass, this makes it seem like AZ didn't put their best effort for the Tempe deal. Especially with all of the numbers that came out with how little they spent vs the No group. Were they diverting other funds (as limited as they were) to working on Plan B?
