This is pretty cool. He's a pretty big Canadian country star; some Juno's and CCMA's to his name.

He's actually performed in Calgary before; I'm happy to have a strong male voice doing our anthem. I hope he kills it.

My favorite anthem singers have always had very deep powerful voices, I kind of hope he follows this tradition.
