To the people who saw Michael Jackson, I'm jealous. I would like to be born 10 years younger and had a chance to see some artists really in their prime such as MJ, Elton John, U2, and some others.

Yeah, my dad saw Led Zeppelin in the early 70's. Pretty jealous of that.

^ Stuff like that is an unfair advantage. Just everything is different then, too. Guys like Jimmy Hendrix and Zep were doing things others didn't even know how to do. Sound wasn't being perfected as it comes out of computers/speakers/etc nowadays. Those guys were about as raw as it gets and the music was near perfect. That natural raw element would add so much more to the show.

If there is something after this life, I'm getting in line to see pretty much all of these shows in their true element. It would be insane.

When we went to MJ & the Jackson 5 it was the second of 3 dates at BC Place. It was amazing. It was more like a play/magic show/concert all rolled into one. We had great seats and it was more of a 'production' than a rock concert (but great). Springsteen and early U2 was more 'fly by the seat of your pants' type concerts. I am not saying one way is better because they were all great - but I am sure you can guess, just by the way MJ did videos, it was well rehearsed and perfect.
