Seems like a goal to me, but that being said it blurs the line and I usually lean towards a tiny bit of interference is ok as long as it doesn't impede the goaltender, which it didn't in this case.
If the league wants to draw a hardline that anything is too much, this falls in line with that. Which seems to be the narrative if you're an Av fan this year.

Agreed. The call in that sequence would be fine if it were not for the push. Bad call.

After just seeing this goal/penalty for the first time I don't know how there is any debate. He was skating full speed, was one foot away from Varlamov and was shoved into him. How was he suppose to avoid crashing into him?
Should be a good goal and no penalty.
