Hi guys,

I started to follow the Avalanche at the age of 12, during the 1996-1997 season.
Nothing but great memories. I'm keen on trying recreational senior hockey over here in Belgium.
I'm an absolute noob, but the skating is going well.

I'm looking into getting some old Avs jersey for practice.

Anybody has some tips on where to find them?
I prefer budget as I want to invest a wee bit more in my skates.
My favorite players were Roy, Forsberg and Deadmarsh.

Depends on the budget you're on I guess... There are some questionable knockoffs on eBay and some other places but getting anything good with international shipping might throw off your budget. You could get lucky in a local internet auction, who knows what people sell on those. Fanatics.com at least ships internationally, got a couple of t-shirts to Finland, but I don't know if you can find what you're looking for on there.

You should find one easily on ebay for 50€ or less (shipping included)

My advice is that if you're going to wear it for practice and you're on a budget I wouldn't worry about its authenticity. Sorry jersey freaks

I tried Ebay, but as already mentioned the rates are quite high.
But I will try Fanatics.

You can order knockoffs from China for like 30-50$. I would never recommend it if you're wearing it to NHL arenas or anything but if you're wearing it on the ice it's only going to end up getting sweaty and dirty anyway. I've seen some Nordiques Sakic/Forsberg jerseys and some old fashioned burgundy alternate jerseys with Sakic/Forsberg/Roy's names on them.

Cheers mate, I found a nice second hand jersey (Blues) for 30 EUR.
Might give that option a chance. Not very keen on Chinese copies.

Although if I find a nice one from a +++ seller I will give it a try.
