That’s awesome that Wilson seems to have come to terms with his demons and seems to be coming out as a better and healthier person. Addiction is a serious beast and coming out that publicly is not only incredibly brave but important to help others going through the same sort of things he is.

It is hard not to love Colin Wilson. A f***ing good dude, battling his own inner demons but seeing the bigger picture and wanting to help others. I have so much respect for that. Brave as f***.

It sounds like Colin was close to overdosing a couple of times (especially because you don't mix uppers and downers) but Jimmy Hayes didn't overdose per say...he just did some bad blow. With that said, it could happen to anyone including Colin.

I live in Aspen and blow is VERY prevalent and there have been many cases of fentanyl induced deaths (not amongst the locals however). Sucks because you can do a very modest amount of cocaine and still be killed. Just sucks.
