People who look at the score without watching this game will think the penguins actually stood a chance.

Just look at all the advanced analytics charts and they will show you that the Pens dominated.

No biggie. We will be first in the division by the end of the week.

Since Carter came, and the lines were announced, it was obvious the Penguins were going to be significantly worse than before the trade deadline.

They essentially were emulating the lines from the end of last year with no Malkin and Carter added in.

The absolute worst thing that could have happened in that game was for Zucker to score and Blueger to score so Sullivan thinks that those two lines produced anything.

We are looking at long term paly like this unless we get some players back or Sullivan magically decides to go back to the lines before Carter came.

If the lines stay the same as today I would give the Penguins a 50/50 shot at the playoffs at best.

The arrogance of this team sometimes is astounding and even more so is that Sully does nothing about it.

They think they can just slog through a game against the Sabres and collect the 2.

He just dished it to a point with no players. Just random.

Said this during the GDT. There's like a 1-2 second pause in his decision making for everything. Even the goal. The puck was just sitting there for 1-2 seconds before he reacted to it. Like he's processing in slow motion and, as a result, is late on everything.

It's sad, because this isn't the player he was in Minnesota. Bigger concern for me, of course, is it's the type of thing that will cost them in the playoffs. If he doesn't get his shit together, Sully is going to need to be willing to bench him.

Exit Question for the Audience: Name 1 Penguins top 9 forward this season who's been better with Zucker than without him.
