It's time to make a change now.
McLellan isn't a terrible coach or anything but this team is slumping WAY harder than they should be and free falling in the standings. 2 wins in the last 14 games and morale is at an all time low in the locker room.
It also seems clear from post-game interviews that McLellan has run out of ideas. The team is struggling to score goals yet you have Kaliyev and Spence in the press box? Come on.
Bring in a new coach that works better with young players and can shake things up.
If the team still doesn't get past the first round under a new coach, I'd seriously consider firing Blake / gutting the management team if I was ownership.
