I honestly liked a majority of the moves they made in that off season. At least that realized their playoff year before was a mirage and tried to correct it. Management is a fair bigger issue their versus the actual roster.

Incredible read. Really great to see a hard-nosed guy like Sullivan be able to also play the tech-savvy role too and make the team better in any way they can. Always looking for that competitive edge to make the team just THAT much better. Judging by the way things went these last two years, you can't say it's not working!
