I'm surprised CLE is throwing in the towel here - EE is still one of the best DH's and their division has them, ChiSox/Tigers/Royals rebuilding and Twins who are in no mans land/rebuilding. They can easily win that division and also have more or less the same core from the year they went to the big dance.

They basically downgraded to Santana to save a couple bucks. Dipoto would be smart to flip him ASAP.
