Has an interesting resume, but his Wiki doesn't give me what years he was with each organization. Looks like he was a scout with Anaheim when they won in 2007 considering he was with Brian Burke.

Yes. and on the flip side some of his decisions led to the Leafs turning into what they care. I believe he did their cap management under Burke.
