This might be one of the best threads ever started. It will bring back a lot of memories to many people. I would like to get a gist of some of the classic games teams have played or amazing goals that players have scored. This should be a fun topic. If you do have a website, please post it so anyone and everyone has a chance to look at it.

Somebody should be able to post the Mario Lemieux Show and also the Wayne Gretzky Show.

I have them both, maybe I'll upload later.

The Mario Lemieux Show sucks... I have a 373 mb, 63 minute long highlight video of Lemieux that is like ten times better. I just can't find anyone to host it, so bleh. I put a split-archive version of it on rapidshare but it's really slow, so meh :dunno:

I'm uploading a 4-file split archive on rapidshare right now, about 95 megs each... but it's really slow so it'll take probably an hour or two before I can post it. And the problem is that when you download one, you have to wait like an hour before you can download another one because there's a limit to how much you can download on rapidshare in an hour... so basically it'll take a minimum of four hours for anyone to download the video. :shakehead Bah, better than nothing I guess :dunno:

The one I had on rapidshare before was split in 10 mini-archives, so it was practically impossible to download without going crazy.

I'll post again when it's done.

    Okay here it is:

    http://rapidshare.de/files/9308295/Mario_Lemieux_Highlight_Reel.part1.rar.html
    http://rapidshare.de/files/9311528/Mario_Lemieux_Highlight_Reel.part2.rar.html
    http://rapidshare.de/files/9313849/Mario_Lemieux_Highlight_Reel.part3.rar.html
    http://rapidshare.de/files/9334377/Mario_Lemieux_Highlight_Reel.part4.rar.html

You need winrar to open it (go to www.download.com and look for winrar). Just put all of them in the same folder, right click on the first file and choose "extract here" to get the video

    Need divx to play, www.divx.com

It may take a long time to download, but this is the only way I can get it online for now, sorry.

Let me know if it works

Anyone have the video clip to that Flyer goal to give them a 2-1 win over Pittsburgh in the 2000 playoffs. That was the longest game ever played in the modern NHL.

Excellent. Coming down now at a brisk 110kbs.

I wish someone had the resources to put a nice Jagr package together.

They even included Bure's cheapshot elbow to Churla's head. Now, I remember why I hated Bure.

Masao, that was an excellent collection of clips. Pretty damn comprehensive.

Soundtrack needs some serious work, though. I had to mute it when La Bouche's "Be My Lover" came on.

Well soundtrack is the least of problems... I mean it's easy to just mute the video and play some mp3s in the background :propeller

And by the way, just think that when I put la bouche, it was to replace the tokens "in the jungle the mighty jungle" that I had previously put in the same place :amazed:. In any case once Mario retires I'll probably try putting together a final version with his last goal and stuff... maybe then I'll ask someone else to chose the bg for me, or I'll just put some generic stuff without lyrics.
