OT: Cigars anyone?

I know some of you here on HFCanes enjoys smoking a good cigar sometimes.

I tend to get the Romeo Y Julitas at Harris Teeter for about $7 a stick but I'm kind of ready to try something else, the front layer of paper tends to come apart on me before I can light it up.

Anyone got any suggestions? What do you guys tend to get?

I’ll smoke a couple a month. I usually go to total wine and grab something that’s got a good rating and is inexpensive.

Most recently I had an Alec Bradley Prensado. It was delightful.

I like Camacho’s, I mainly smoke either those, or something like the Davidoff Nicaragua Box Pressed Robusto.

I’ve had real Cohiba from Cuba, but honestly getting a good cigar from like Dominican Republic is just as good.

Used to smoke a cigar 3-4 nights a week, I rarely do anymore. I like maduros, not picky about brand name as long as they're decent. Partagas and Fuente are nice.

I got a box of the Cohiba cigarellos, which I like pretty well and there's not the time investment you need for a big cigar.

Walgreen's house brand used to be pretty good. Blender's Gold I believe it was called. But that was a while back, I haven't bought any in at least 5 years.

When I'm in the mood to enjoy a cigar, I like to buy local - Amendola Family Cigar Co., which is based out of Durham (they used to be Bull City Cigar Co.). Their Dessert cigar makes for an excellent post-special occasion dinner smoke, especially with a good beverage.

By the way anyone know of a good cigar to smoke while in a hurricane? Are there special cigars for hurricanes? Might as well blow some smoke up mother nature's ass. Literally.
