Eh, not really. Tom Fitzgerald identified Sullivan since they go back a long way, he and Botterill together interviewed him and another unknown candidate, Botterill then took it to Jim Rutherford who gave his endorsement to Sullivan.Botts found Sullivan, so I'd say he's earned some trust.
