Good start for me.

I love all of the players we’ve resigned so far. I even understand the over payments - we know what every player we signed brings to the game and exactly how they fit on to this team. Plus they all just won a cup. Add all of those elements together and I think the little over payments for each player are completely acceptable.

At the beginning of the free agent period I didn’t expect Manson to be resigned and who knew for sure about Nuke even though he we knew he was probably a priority. Additionally I have a feeling the Lehkonen contract will be a steal.

The only question mark I have is Georgiev. Could pay out big, might not. It’s hard to say. Hopefully he is at least serviceable like DK.

It will be interesting to see how he addresses the 2C hole.

I went a little further. His company Thunder Road bought an access control company and a fencing company. They had a low review rating on Google. Mostly people complaining about their electric gate not working or needing maintenance and they just never came out to service the gate. One customer mentioned talking to a salesman but no one ever came out. I thought holy sh*t is that Greg?
