The mayor dropping this just now:

Hoping he makes it. Ron Hextall brought him to World Championships, and had been looking for a one-way deal.

Those are some really good numbers. Highest scoring Dman in the KHL last year.

The great Sergei Mozyakin is the only player on Magnitogorsk Metallurg that had more points.

Then again, Kevin Dallman is one of the best KHL defensemen ever.

No risk on a PTO, good luck to him. But he's 37 and he's never played in the NHL. It's a whole different speed, skill and competition level. As good as he was last year in the KHL, its not the NHL.

Not sure what the Kings are looking for here, they have a good trio of young d who need minutes to grow their games and a trio of vets. Unless they are hoping he pans out and plays well enough that they can move AMart or Muzzin by Feb if some GM has the need .

I understood chasing Butcher, he's young. This isn't a good option B because he opted for NJ \
