CHL team transfer league

I was just wondering if a CHL team could transfer from one league (ex:QMJHL) to another (ex:OHL) or if it ever happen before.

Like for Exemple: Val d'Or Foreurs, Rouyn-Noranda Huskies or Gatineau Olympiques all QMJHL Teams becoming OHL teams or just like ditch the QMJHL and join the OHL

Cornwall Royals started out in the QMJHL, then switched to the OHL before being moved a few times.

That's the only team I can think of.

Montreal Jr. Canadiens did this in the 60's as well - played in the old OHA major junior league (todays OHL) after leaving the Quebec league....not totally sure of what led up to it
