Go get a 6 year+ aged cheddar. Has a strong flavour and the texture is amazing. It has these little dry flakes when biting into it 🤤 I enjoy a couple of slices on the side of my plate while eating a high quality steak.

Feta or goat cheese on pizza.

Parmigianno, pecorino, manchego, emmental, gruyère, comté, burrata, canastra, reblochon, all the amazing French and québécois soft cheeses, padano, etc. And mozzarella makes your list. :////
Solid entries for sure. Top 5 just isn't enough.

I'm surprised you take more offense to Mozzarella than Nacho, to be honest with ya man.

Nacho cheese is a sauce I know. But at least, when made with real cheese (not American cheese) its good. Commercial mozza is simply the most boring cheese in existence.
