Not even close. Don't even have the cap space for Andersson next year with the estimated 4M jump.

Flames are rumoured to be interested in making a trade with Montreal and Anderson is rumoured to be the most likely candidate. Frankly for me he's not exactly the big scorer I would hope Treliving would set his sights on. He's a 20 goal a season guy. Not exactly the game breaker the Flames need.

I have never seen a 30 point guy as overvalued as anderson. Keep him

I could see Treliving doing a one for one - Dube or Mangiapane for Anderson.

Honestly I could see Treliving trading our first + a bleh roster player for another team's bleh roster player.

Flames could have had Bjorkstrand for a 3rd and a 4th.
Treliving, "Nah I'm waiting for a player that is borderline unplayable so I can give up 2 seconds for them."

I'd rather keep Lucic on the 2nd line instead of Anderson, and I'm probably not alone on this island.
